All suppliers should plan to arrive in time for the first round of Private Business Appointments, Thursday, April 23, starting at 9:00am.
Plan to depart the conference no earlier than Saturday afternoon, April 25 after the Supplier Roundtables conclude at 12:20pm. We hope you can stay and network with our members through lunch, the afternoon optional excursions and the farewell dinner Saturday evening. There are no events or functions Sunday, April 26, so depart anytime unless you are extending your stay.
If your company's sponsorship includes on-stage speaking time during a General Session or meal function, you will be contacted with further information.
You may display stand-up banners, but nothing can be adhered to the ballroom walls, you may have a small amount of materials for takeaway, but heavy brochures are not necessary since everyone will be flying to and from Boulder. There will be roughly 230 advisors in attendance, but remember, there is no traditional trade show at the conference. Suppliers can have up to 25 one-on-one appointments throughout the conference and visit with about 75 advisors during the roundtables.

You may pick up your boxes in the MAST work room (Beak Peak, 2nd Floor.) If no one is available, please go to the MAST registration desk. You will be responsible for all shipping, handling and storage fees charged by the hotel:

The hotel does not have a regularly scheduled pick-up with any carrier. You will need to arrange pick-up with your preferred carrier for April 26. All return boxes should be in the Bear Peak room no later than 11:00 am.
