When to Arrive:

For suppliers assigned a seminar presentation for their sponsorship level, the seminars take place Thursday morning, April 23 at 9:30am – 12:15pm. You should arrive at the hotel on Wednesday, April 22. For suppliers not presenting a seminar, you may consider arriving Thursday, April 23, however, the Opening General Session Breakfast begins at 8:00am on Thursday, and the Supplier Roundtables start at 1:00pm.

When to Depart:

Plan to depart the conference no earlier than Saturday afternoon, April 25 after the Private Business Appointments conclude at 12:20pm. We hope you can stay and network with our members through lunch, the afternoon optional excursions and the farewell reception, dinner, and new award ceremony Saturday evening. There are no events or functions Sunday, April 26, so depart anytime unless you are extending your stay.
