Member Conference Lodging Packages

The Member Conference Lodging Packages Include: 

  • Hotel accommodations 
  • Hotels sales and occupancy taxes 
  • Round trip shuttle transfers to/from DEN on the main arrival and departure days 4/21, 4/22, 4/23 and 4/25, 4/26, 4/27
  • Ground transportation to off-property functions 
  • Conference excursions 
  • Food and beverage functions per the agenda including refreshment breaks 
  • All conference materials and mobile app, speakers, seminars, gifts, and general sessions

1-4 Night Member Packages available in Single, Double, Triple*, and Quad** Occupancy 

*For triple occupancy, accommodations will include either two queen beds or one queen bed plus one twin bed. Rooms with a twin bed are designated as bunk rooms.

**For quad occupancy, accommodations will include two queen beds.

Please note that rollaway beds are not available in any room type other than King Suites.

Pre or Post Night Stays $330.00 per room / per night, inclusive of taxes, based on hotel availability


The Conference ONLY Package $395 (for those not staying at the Limelight Hotel):

Includes:

  • Transportation to/from the Limelight Hotel from other lodging accommodations
