Supplier Representative Lodging Payment & Cancellations

• Full payment must be received by February 23, 2026.
• Supplier registrants have two options for lodging package payment - Pay by credit card or debit card at the time of registration or select “send invoice” during the registration process. Invoices will be sent to the registrant’s email address unless noted otherwise. Payment terms are net 30.
• Supplier representative lodging package fees are not a component of your 2026 Marketing Plan and must be paid separately.
• Supplier representative lodging package fee is not included in the other activity fees charged to attend or participate in the Annual Conference.
• Payment made by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee
• Attendee/Representative cancellations after February 23, 2026 will incur a $500.00 cancellation fee. No cancellation fee is charged for representative replacements. 
• Cancellations or package night reductions made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. The full cost of the original package price will be charged.
