Member / Travel Advisor Payments
General Terms:
- Half or Full payment will be required for each registrant upon registration.
- Registrants are now able to submit payment online via the registration platform for their required half or full payment per registration.
- The payment page will appear toward the end of the registration process.
- Final payment for all lodging packages is due by February 23, 2026.
- Registrants will be asked to log back in to their registration to submit payment for their full conference attendance/lodging package minus any applicable registration fee and discount after required payments have been paid.
- Payment options include, debit card or credit card. Credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee.
Early Registration for $50.00 Discount (Members Only):
- Register before or at 2025 Sales Sensation (November 18, 2025) and receive a $50.00 discount that will be applied to your conference attendance/lodging package cost.
- Half or full payment is required per registrant.
- Half or full payment must be paid online at the time of registration.
- If half or full payment is not paid at the time of registration, you will not receive the $50.00 early registration discount.
- Discounts will not be applicable to any registration after November 18, 2025.
Member / Travel Advisor Cancellations
- Member Conference Lodging cancellations after February 23, 2026 will forfeit $500.00.
- Member Conference Lodging cancellations before February 23, 2026 will receive a full refund.

Cancellations or package night reductions made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date are non-refundable. The full cost of the original package price will be charged.
